Our home buying experience was less stressful thanks to both of them! Nikki did great behind the scenes work as everything was falling into place. Christina was willing to help from the beginning and we were not easy clients. We have many children, our budget changed throughout the process, we would start and stop looking, and COVID. Through everything Christina never stopped helping us find the perfect home for us. My partner and I recently moved to the area, and after a year of renting, we chose to buy a home while her PH.D is being finished. We are both younger (mid 20’s), and to say we are naïve of the home-buying process would be an understatement. This was our first home purchased. Christina organized home inspections, radon testing, worked with our lender (an institution based on the East Coast, where things are done a tad differently), took us to quite a few showings, and protected us from over-paying on other properties when we were ready to jump the gun; it truly felt as though she had our best interests at heart.
